| 摘要: | 自澳門回歸後，經濟結構單一，對於高度依賴博彩服務業的澳門來說顯然是個危機。近年，澳門政府積極鼓勵產業多元化發展，其中一個重點支持的項目就是澳門的會展產業發展。本篇論文的撰寫目的為比對澳門會展產業的發展情況，透過數據分析，以及對於從事澳門會議展覽行業的相關人士進行深度訪談，從而得出意見以作分析，希望能對澳門會展產業作一貢獻。
會議展覽產業的含蓋範圍包括：集會（Meeting）、獎勵旅遊（Incentive Tourism）、會議（Convention）和展覽（Exhibition）（孫國軒，2012），正正是因為配合澳門特區政府《2018年財政年度施政報告》中所闡述的，以致力促進澳門經濟產業多元化發展，故，在發展澳門會議展覽產業方面，澳門特區政府致力推動一系列有關會議及展覽的資助計劃。
舉辦會議展覽活動除了能有效地產生對澳門本地的一連串社區經濟效益外，還有助提升澳門在會展旅遊的地位及知名度，令更多人認識和了解澳門，繼而推廣澳門作為「中國與葡語國家商貿合作服務平台」（以下簡稱「中葡平台」）的優勢，發揮澳門的商貿會展經濟地位。
本研究以澳門會展產業及其發展潛力為研究主題，並透過文獻蒐集分析並進行深度訪談的方法，探討澳門會展產業發展的潛力因素，深度訪談以針對與澳門會展產業發展有關的單位進行開放式提問，並透過所得到的回覆進行質性研究分析，找出澳門會展產業發展的潛力因子，並與鄰近發展會展產業的地方進行比對，希望能取其他人優勝之處，以作總結分析澳門會展產業發展的建議。
Since the return of Macau SAR, the economic structure tends to be unitary, and this is obviously a crisis for Macau, which means highly depend on gaming industry. Recently, Macau government has actively encouraged on industry diversification. One of the diversification is the development of Macau’s Convention and Exhibition Industry. The purpose of this essay aims to compare the development of the above industry between Macau and other places, by analyzing Convention and Exhibition data and observing behaviors of different governments, thus, making Convention and Exhibition data analysis and conclusions.
Convention and Exhibition Industry includes: Meeting, Incentive Tourism, Convention and Exhibition （Sun Guoxuan, 2012）. It is essential for the development of the diversification of Macau's industries, which has been stated on the《2018 Macau’s Policy Address》. For the above issue, Macau’s government is committed to promote a series of incentive programs on its Convention and Exhibition.
Additionally, to generate a series of community economic benefits in Macau, Macau’s Convention and Exhibition activities will also help promoting MICE and tourism industry. This helps making more people know about Macau and taking Macau as an important role as "The Commercial and Trade Cooperation Service Platform between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries", thus, enhancing Macau’s Trade and exhibition economic status.
The study aims exploring potential factors of Macau’s Convention and Exhibition Industry. By literature analysis and by depth interviews, a clear picture on the potential factors on Macau’s Convention and Exhibition Industry will be out. By comparing Macau with others developed MICE industry nearby, we can know more about Macau’s advantages and summarizing recommendations for Macau's Convention and Exhibition Industry. |
