當今電子商務的蓬勃發展,加上智慧型手機和行動網路的流行與普及,行動網路已成為消費者不可或缺的生活要素,逐漸地改變了消費者的購物習慣和模式,也讓行動支付的市場逐漸發光,未來電子商務的成長趨勢將與行動支付相輔相成。
近年來消費者的付款方式已從現金、信用卡、電子錢包,漸漸發展到以手機作為付款工具的新模式。市面上眾多的行動支付平台業者要如何提出策略才能應對其他同業的競爭,如何有效地促進台灣地區行動支付的普及,而消費者又是會基於哪些層面而去選擇使用行動支付。
本研究以科技接受模式(TAM)理論為基礎,加入社會影響、個人IT創新接受度、知覺安全性及慣性構面,再加上干擾變數:性別、年齡、教育程度等變項,欲從消費者的角度來探討這些因素是否影響消費者對行動支付的行為意圖,透過國內消費者對行動支付的態度及認知來探索消費者實際使用行動支付的使用意願。
With the rapid growth of the E-commerce service, using mobile devices and Inter-net have become mainstream with consumer's everyday life. The mobile network has been integrated in people’s daily life and gradually changed consumer buying habits and intentions, which also gradually driven the growth of mobile payment market. Fu-ture trends of E-commerce and mobile payments are auxiliary to each other.
In recent years, people have switched to the new mobile payment mode from traditional payment methods such as cash, credit card and electronic wallet. The E-commerce companies are competing head to head with each other. They have to con-sider how to effectively promote and expand the mobile payment inclination in Taiwan. Moreover, a company has to know the factors that affect the intention of the customer mobile payment.
This study examines how customers perceive and adopt mobile payment in Tai-wan. Developments of this study were based on technology acceptance model (TAM) which is used with some added constructs of social influence, personal innovativeness in IT, perceived security and inertia, and mediated by gender, age, and the education level. The aim of this study is to understand whether these components affect the adop-tion of the mobile payment in Taiwan.
