本研究為瞭解知覺組織支持對員工幸福感之影響,以工作家庭衝突作為調節變項進行研究。並探究不同的背景因素對知覺組織支持、員工幸福感及工作家庭衝突是否產生差異。本研究採用立意抽樣之問卷調查法進行資料蒐集,以台北市A銀行工會會員為樣本,回收之有效問卷數量共計182份,問卷回收率為20.8%。透過基本變項進行差異分析,並將研究變項進行對應之相關分析與迴歸分析。研究結果顯示:一、基本變項的不同,對於知覺組織支持、員工幸福感及工作家庭衝突的差異情形僅有少數呈現顯著差異;二、當員工知覺組織支持越高時,其員工幸福感亦會有所提升;三、工作家庭衝突具有顯著調節知覺組織支持對員工幸福感之關係。根據研究結果提出管理意涵、實務建議及未來研究之建議。
This study is to explore the influence of perceived organizational support on employee Well-Being with the moderating effect of work-family conflict. Exploring the different background factors whether make a difference in perceived organizational support, employee well-being, and work-family conflict. This study's data is collected with questionnaire based on judgmental sampling, choosing the A bank union members in Taipei as the sample. A total of 182 valid questionnaires and the valid response rate is 20.8%. Through difference analysis explore the difference in basic variables, the research variables are subjected to the corresponding correlation analysis and regression analysis. The study results are obtained as follows: 1. The employee with different basic variables have reached the partially significant difference of the perceived organizational support, employee well-being and work-family conflict. 2. When employees get the higher perceived organizational support, their employee well-being will also improve. 3.Work-family conflict reaches the significant moderating effect between the perceived organizational support and employee well-being. According to the results, this study provides the managerial implication, practical advices, and future research suggestion.
