摘要: | 隨著LINE為主的社群媒體廣為台灣人使用,使用LINE溝通已成為國人聯絡感情與處理公務之主流。然而,過去有關使用電腦中介傳播主要以科技觀點(如科技決定論)以及人與科技互動觀點(如科技思維框架論),忽略整合科技、人和心理等觀點,本研究以LINE使用者知覺的溝通有效性為研究主題,從人、科技及心理等觀點出發,應用理性意圖和社會臨場感等理論,探討影響社群使用者溝通有效性。
本研究主要以網路問卷進行調查,並採用便利抽樣收集資料。以目前使用LINE使用者為受訪對象。總共獲得342份有效問卷,並利用SPSS 23.0進行複迴歸分析驗證假說。研究結果發現,使用者理性意圖對於溝通有效性有正向影響,當感受到討論該議題會產生負面情況時,使用者經過思考選擇LINE作為討論平台,並有效傳達意見,進而解決問題,LINE給予使用者之共存感對於溝通有效性正向影響,LINE給予溝通者之間相近知覺,能增加親近感外,亦能透過此平台達到溝通之目的,同時,使用者之達意程度與溝通有效性正向影響,顯示使用者透過LINE陳述或接收對方訊息時,能夠清楚理解他人所表達。根據研究提出兩點建議:1.本研究建議使用者,應透過適當之社群媒體進行適當的議題溝通,探討深入議題或敏感議題,透過使用者理性抉擇方法溝通,達到溝通有效性。2.LINE社群媒體具備共存感與達意程度之特性,能夠有效地降低使用者於文字溝通上的誤會,達到溝通有效性。
With LINE spearheading social media, Taiwanese have widely adopted it, making communication via LINE the trend for social connections and work purposes. However, past computer-mediated communications studies were primarily based on the technological perspective (such as technological determinism) and the human-technology interaction perspective (such as the theoretical framework for scientific thinking), neglecting perspectives such as the integration between technology, human and psychology, and so on. This study focuses on the communication effectiveness of LINE users' perception from the technological, humanistic and psychological perspectives, applying theories such as rational intentionality and social presence, to discuss the influence on the communication effectiveness of social media users.
In this research, the web survey was used as the primary form of investigation and data collection through convenience sampling. Current LINE users were chosen as target respondents. A total of 342 valid surveys were gathered and SPSS 23.0 was used to perform multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis. Study findings indicated that users' rational intentionality has a positive influence on communication effectiveness. When users felt that discussing a topic would create negative feedbacks, users chose LINE as a discussion platform after considerations to effectively express their opinions, thereby solving the problem. The fact that LINE provides users with social presences has a positive influence on communication effectiveness. LINE provides communicators with a similar perception to achieve the purpose of communication via the platform in addition to rapport building. At the same time, the extent to which ideas were conveyed has a positive influence on communication effectiveness, indicating that a user, when making a statement to or receiving a message from the other party via LINE, could clearly understand what each other tried to express. Two suggestions were proposed from the study. 1. This study suggests users adopt appropriate social media to have proper communications and to discuss in-depth or sensitive topics, in order to achieve effective communications through users' rational choice of communication method. 2. LINE as a social media possesses the characteristics of the sense of coexistence and the clear expression of ideas, which can effectively reduce users misunderstanding over text communication, therefore achieving effective communications. |
