Abstract:	建炎南渡，南宋奠都杭州，改稱臨安府，長官為知府。自建炎三年改稱起，迄於德祐二年開城降元止（1138－1276），歷任153人次，總134人，其中以淳祐時期的趙與□（？－1260）在任最久。他是宗室出身，已故的景獻太子的弟弟，在臨安知府任內對臨安府的市政規劃、建設、社會保障，功績卓著，《宋史》對其評價卻貶多於褒，當代人對他的評價亦呈兩極，然而他的才幹，在南宋晚期具備難以忽視的地位。以下便從他的生平、家世、臨安知府任內政績、宋人及後世評價作一論述。 Jianyan Nandu, the Southern Song Dynasty, the capital of Hangzhou, renamed Linan, the governor is the Magistrate of a prefect. Since the establishment of the Jianyan three years , it has been surrender in the Deyou two year to Yuan Dynasty (1138-1276), with 153 people, totaling 134 people, including Zhao,Yu-Chou (?-1260) in the Chuenyou years. He is a imperial clan,the younger brother of the late Prince Jingzhen, who has made outstanding achievements in the planning, construction, and social security of Linan in the magistrate of a prefecture of Linan office. The ＂Song History＂ is more than awkward, and contemporary people are right. His evaluation is also bipolar, but his talents have an indescribable position in the late Southern Song Dynasty.
