走過兩個甲子,成立已130年的中華郵政公司,秉持著「榮譽、責任、承諾」的信念,企業在經營的過程中,對於他的員工、顧客、供應商、社區團體、母公司或附屬公司、合作夥伴、投資者和股東,都必須善盡照顧與保護的責任,從而超越單純的企業獲利。中華郵政公司更進一步的推動公司治理、維護社會公益、發展永續環境、保護客戶權益、落實員工關懷、加強資訊揭露等社會責任的工作,成為台灣善盡社會責任的優質企業。
Corporate social responsibility is the trend of the times and the mainstream value, Chunghwa Post Co. is the only state-owned postal service in Taiwan. With the development of economy and the evolution of the times, the company no longer has the highest goal of profit-making, but also shoulders the social responsibility. With a large number of postal channels covering all parts of the country, there are 26,000 practitioners who have frequent contacts with the public so as to promote various social welfare activities and create a new image and value for the company.
This study found that Chunghwa Post Co., which has passed through the two subsidiaries for 130 years, upholds the belief of "honor, responsibility and commitment," and cooperates with his employees, customers, suppliers, community groups, parent companies or affiliates in the course of business operations Partners, investors, and shareholders must all take care of and protect their responsibilities and outperform purely corporate profits.
