本研究問題是探討空服員組織承諾對組織公民行為之間的關係,並以主動性人格、社會支持為調節變項。
本研究採取立意抽樣方式發放問卷,問卷的發放給桃園市空服員職業工會之華航、長榮空服員。總計發放紙本問卷390份問卷,問卷回收340份,回收率87.18%。問卷有效率為100%。
研究結果發現,桃園市空服員職業工會之華航、長榮空服員組織承諾愈高,組織公民行為也會愈高。而主動性人格與社會支持則呈正相關。
並根據該結果,探討管理上之意涵,提供實務界相關業者,人力資源管理實務方面之參考。
This study aims mainly at the relationships among organization commitment, organizational citizen behavior, proactive personality and social support as a moderator for labor union of China Airlines and EVA Airlines cabin crew in Taiwan. It adopted quantitative analyses. The quantitative analysis was based on questionnaires to understand the relationship among them.
This study adopted sampling method questionnaires. 390 questionnaires were distributed to two airlines’ cabin crew who is the member of labor union and 340 questionnaires were collected. The recovery rate was 87.18%. The response rate was 100%.
According to the findings, organization commitment, organizational citizen behavior were significant positive correlation for labor union of China Airlines and EVA Airlines cabin crew in Taiwan. Proactive personality and social support strengthen organization commitment and had positive impact on the organizational citizen behavior for labor union of China Airlines and EVA Airlines cabin crew in Taiwan.
In conclusion, this study offers relevant industry practitioners the implications of practical aspects of human resource management.
