公司網頁是企業的門面形象,同時也是全球24小時不休息的業務,不斷向新的瀏覽者介紹公司的理念、技術能力、訊息及產品。因此本研究目的主要是以網頁可用性理論為基礎,探索企業採用以自適應網頁設計技術進行網頁設計時之影響因素。而企業採用是因自適應網頁設計只有一個網址與依據上網裝置自動版型排版的特性,運用自適應網頁以達企業行銷公司理念、產品或服務之目的。經由對於企業資訊部門主管及使用者共十一位,以半結構性的個別訪談方式進行資料之蒐集。本研究結果發現推廣、易用性、個性化、瀏覽性、滿意度此五個構面對於企業採用自適應網頁設計時有所影響,本研究結果可提供企業對於以自適應網頁設計技術進行網頁設計採用與否之評估參考。
A webpage is the impression of a company. And it is also a 7x24 service constantly introducing the company’s mission, technical capabilities, news and products. The main purpose of this study is to explore the influencing factors of webpage design using responsive web design technology based on webpage usability theory. The adoption of the enterprise is due to the self-adaptive web design with only one web address and the characteristics of automatic typesetting based on the Internet devices. Conducted with CIO’s and users through individual semi-structured survey, five factors for enterprise adopting RWD method are collected. There are promotion, usability, personalization, browsing and satisfaction are considering major decision issues to influence corporate’s website design. The result of this research also provides corporates web design and assessment adoption of responsive web design technology as a reference.
