本計畫提出運用教育機器人為教學輔具,進行科普活動以提升南投偏遠地區與原住民部落國中學校之學生對科學學習興趣。計畫中提出給偏鄉學生一個機會:南投偏鄉行動創客教室的目標,帶領大學生志工前往南投縣偏遠地區與原住民部落的國中學校,培育南投偏鄉弱勢學生成為對科學有興趣之種子學生。計畫擬分四部份進行,辦理1.動手做科學工作坊;2.動手做機器人工作坊;3.寒暑假科學營隊活動;4.鼓勵參與計畫之學生參加全國競賽。計畫中規劃平均每月辦理2場次活動,預計辦理30場次活動,預估參加人次450人,建立3所科普活動實驗教學基地,並與12年國教108年科技領域課綱互相呼應,提供偏鄉學生學習與展現的舞台。
This project is aimed to investigate how robot education influences indigenous students’science concept in junior high school level. The researcher focused on single class in each chosen school and collected the data by giving students’ portfolios, interviewing students, and researcher’s observation during class. There are four bodies in this project which are: 1. Establish DIY science workshops; 2. Establish DIY robot workshops; 3. Hold science camps during winter and summer vacation; 4. Encourage the students to attend national competitions. It is hoped that the student will enhance their motivation in learning science.
