目的:本研究旨在探討教練領導方式對桌球選手運動心理技能之影響。方法:研究樣本以參加2013年全國大專盃桌球賽之公開組男、女選手為研究對象,比賽當天共計發出120份問卷,回收共105份,有效回收率87.5%。結果:教練領導方式與選手心理技能呈正相關;教練領導方式影響選手之心理技能的「動機」及「可教導性」為顯著,尤其是「可教導性」的差異最大。結論:教練領導越多則選手心理技能的「動機」、「可教導性」越好,而且教練領導方式影響選手心理技能的「動機」、「可教導性」,建議教練及相關單位應於再次診斷及檢視選手心理技能之訓練計畫,以調整教練領導方式。
Purpose: This study is aimed to explore the influence of the leading way made by table-tennis coach on the sport psychological skills of athletes. Method: The research sample was taken the male and female athletes from the open group of 2013 National College Cup of Table-Tennis Competition as the study objects. Upon the competition date, a total of 120 questionnaires were distributed with 105 returned copies of them which made an effective rate by 87.5%. Result: The leading way of coach has a positive correlation with the psychological skills of athletes. The leading way of coach has made a significant influence on the motivation and teachable nature of psychological skills in athletes, particularly having a largest difference of teachable nature. Conclusion: The more coach leading has made a better motivation and teachable nature of the athletes. And, the leading way of coach can make an influence on the motivation and teachable nature of psychological skills in athletes. It suggests the coach and relevant units should diagnose and inspect again the training program of psychological skills for athletes in order to adjust the leading way of coach.
