    Title: 大專技職校院男女學生「動態生活型態」現況與差異之比較
    The Differences and Comparison in the Active Lifestyles of Male and Female University Students

    Abstract: 本研究主要目的在探討大專技職校院男女學生之「動態生活型態」現況與差異比較。研究以大台北地區公、私立大專技職校院男女學生為研究對象,經立意抽樣,實得1090份有效樣本。研究工具為「個人背景資料調查表」(the Materials Questionnaire of Personal Background)及「身體活動量表」(International Physical Activities Questionnaire),所得資料以卡方百分比同質性檢定進行分析。研究結果如下:
    一、大專技職校院男女學生「動態生活型態」現況為:男生-226人(37.4%)完全不參與運動-體能等級低者、165人(27.3%)偶爾參與運動-體能等級中者及214人(35.4%)規律參與運動-體能等級高者,共計605人;女生-227人(46.8%)完全不參與運動-體能等級低者、135人(27.8%^偶爾參與運動-體能等級中者及123人(25.4%)規律參與運動-體能等級高者,共計485人。
    二、大專技職校院男女學生「動態生活型態」達顯著差異,以卡方百分比同質性檢定分析得知男生的整體動態生活型態優於女生整體動態生活型態;校正後殘差得知女生的低體能等級人數顯著高於男生,男生的高體體能級人數顯著高於女生。
    The purpose of the study is to investigate the differences and comparison in the active lifestyles of male and female university students. The study adopted the use of a questionnaire given to the male and students from both public and private universities in the Taipei area. A total of 1090 effective questionnaires were collected by means of purposive sampling. The study tools were 'the Materials Questionnaire of Personal Background' and 'International Physical Activities Questionnaire'. Statistical analyses used in the study is Chi-Square Tests method. Results of the study are as follows:
    With respect to the active lifestyles of the subjects, male: 35.4% of them regularly participate in sports, 27.3% participate in sports once in a while, and 37.4% do not participate in sports at all, female: 25.4% of them regularly participate in sports, 27.8 % participate in sports once in a while, and 46.8% do not participate in sports at all. The Active Lifestyles of these male and female university students showed a significant difference in their levels of fitness conditioning. Apply analyses of Chi-Square Tests showed the overall fitness conditioning of male students was better than those female levels of fitness. Use analyses of adjusted residual showed the female students of low fitness conditioning higher than male students, the male of vigorous fitness conditioning higher than female students apparently.
