目的:本研究以等速肌力測量系統(Biodex System 4 Pro),診斷優秀手球運動員的下肢膝關節肌力。方法:以14 名大學女子手球運動員為對象,通過等速肌力測驗系統,以向心工作方式,測量角速度包括30°/sec、60°/sec、120°/sec 與180°/sec。實驗資料以重複量數單因子變異數分析法,比較膝關節慣用側與非慣用側之伸肌與屈肌肌力。結果:本研究結果發現,在所有測量角速度的最大力矩,慣用側與非慣用側皆無顯著差異(p > .05),腿後肌腱群與股四頭肌肌力比值,數值皆小於0.5。結論:手球運動員慣用側與非慣用側肌力雖達平衡,但腿後肌腱群與股四頭肌肌力比值嚴重失衡,凸顯腿後肌腱群缺乏訓練之事實。建議球隊教練調整訓練處方,以降低選手下肢運動傷害的風險。
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to assess the knee strength in isokinetic system for elite female handball players. Methods: 14 female handball players were recruited for the participants. A Biodex System 4 Pro was applied to acquire concentric strength for knee under the conditions of 30°/sec, 60°/sec, 120°/sec, and 180°/sec. The repeated measure one way ANOVA was used to analyze the differences of dominant and non-dominant lower extremities, as well as the hamstring/quadriceps radio. Results: The results showed that there were no differences in knee (hamstring/quadriceps) strength (30°/ sec, 60°/sec, 120°/sec, and 180°/sec) between dominant and non-dominant extremities for female handball players (p > .05). Concentric hamstring and quadriceps peak torque ratio at all investigated angular velocity strength assessment value were less than 0.5. Conclusions: This study female handball players hamstring and quadriceps strength, dominant and non-dominant muscle of the balance, but the hamstring and quadriceps ratio imbalance, reflecting a lack of hamstring training. In order to avoid the unbalanced muscular injury of lower limbs, coaches should pay more attention to hamstring training were suggested.
