本文旨在於分享過去在中華女籃球員所採用的目標設定、壓力管理、注意力集中、意象訓練等心智訓練法,提供國內女子籃球教練訓練的參考,以期有效率的提高國內女籃選手的心理素質,並增進在籃球賽場表現,最終能整體提升國內女子籃球競技的高度,在國際賽事百尺竿頭,更進一步。
The purpose of study is to introduce the metal training programs in the Chinese Taipei Women's National Basketball Team- goal setting, stress management, concentration, and imagery trainings. Based on the introduction, domestic basketball coaches could be hopefully inspired to pay more attention on the field of training metal skills to upgrade Taiwanese female basketball athletes for excellent performance in the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) Cups.
