| 摘要: | 在1950到1960年代，曾為臺灣在世界體壇發光發熱，且被譽為「國球」的籃球運動，可惜的是並未跟上60年代臺灣經濟一起起飛。1988年中華體育館慘遭祝融之災，亦象徵著臺灣的籃運由興轉衰的起點。近10餘年來，國內籃壇欠缺健全的運作體制，在國際競賽中成績低落，讓熱愛籃球的群眾逐漸失去熱情與關懷。然而熱血沸騰的高中籃球聯賽HBL及DBA大專籃球聯賽吸引了同儕團體的參與和加持，埸面依然熱烈，籃球觀眾的電視收視習慣也鎖定在NBA與HBL，而代表國內籃球最高殿堂的SBL具WSBL則乏人問津，場面冷清。2012年9月，中華籃協成功調整出最完整的陣容，參加在東京舉辦的第4屆亞洲盃男子籃球錦標簣，並獲得近幾年最佳的第六名成績；2011年深圳第12屆世大運女子籃球又榮獲亞軍，讓國內再度燃起熱愛籃球的希望和動力，中華籃協也在丁理事長主導下，於同年10月舉辦了「振興籃球」的國是會議，會中蔣部長當埸允諾在教育部102年度經費之中，提撥10億經費用於振興籃球運動，希望藉此機會重振我國的籃球運動，再度執亞洲籃球的牛耳。研究者採用專家訪談法與文獻分析法，蒐集資料並訪談國內籃球界耆老，深入探討臺灣籃球國際成績低落的問題癥結，並歸納整理對振興臺灣籃運提出之建議，結果如下：1.建議體育署調整運動在籃球發展的經費分配思維，減少資本門（硬體），投資經常門（軟體）。2.規劃完整的基本教材，導正基層指導的觀念，培養小學玩籃球的興趣，廣植籃球參與人口。3強化女籃培育的機制，增加國際競爭實力並取得優秀成績。4.恢復舉辦社會甲、乙組聯賽，使得社會各階層熱愛籃球者都能擁有屬於自己展演的舞台，將籃球的參與人口擴大到各階層。
