    摘要: 排球比賽競爭越加激烈,高潮迭起,對運動選手在比賽中的體能及技術之負荷強度要求更加提高。擊球技術為發球、接發球、舉球、扣球、攔網及防守,佔動作總次數比例低,屬短時間高強度動作;非擊球技術為準備姿勢、各種移動步法、助跑及起跳,佔動作總次數比例高,屬低強度動作。依據來回攻守持續時間來看,絕大部分動用 ATP-PC 能量代謝系統產生所需能量,較少動用醣酵解能量代謝系統產生所需能量,導致血乳酸值及心跳率值偏低。排球比賽運動期係以無氧能量代謝方式燃燒高能磷酸化合物,提供短時間來回攻防之肌肉作功能量,但因激烈來回攻防導致持續時間越長時,能量代謝必須轉換為醣酵解能量代謝提供所需能量,在恢復期並以有氧代謝路徑重新合成 ATP。因此本文藉由分析血乳酸值、心跳率與比賽負荷強度關聯,配合能量代謝系統規劃訓練,擬定有效提升排球選手競技實力之計畫。
    Volleyball is an extremely competitive game and players are required to have high levels of physical performance and techniques during the game. The techniques of serve, re-serve, setter, smash and defense are high intensity movements that are low proportion of the total number of actions during the game. On the other hand, preparing positions, moving steps and jumping are low intensity movements that are high proportion of the total number of actions during the game. According to analysis of attacking and defensing time, energy from ATP-PC system is most commonly used. Only a little energy from Glycolysis system leads low blood lacic acid and heartbeat during the game. Energy rich phosphate compounds are burned to provide energy for muscles in anaerobic metabolism during the volleyball game. However, with the extension of attacking and defensing, Glycolysis system has to step in to provide more energy, and re-sets the ATP during recovery period. The purpose of this study is to promote volleyball players’ performance by analyzing their blood lactic acid, heartbeat, and intensity of the game and providing appropriate training based on energy metabolism system.
