摘要: | The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences and relationship between onset of blood lactate accumulation(OBLA)、individual anaerobic threshold(IAT)、log-log transformation and maximal distance method(Dmax)for exercise test of gradual increasing load(25W.4min^(-l)),and compare their external validity. The subjects were 8 male college students from the department of the physical education, age of 20.8±1.1 years, height of 171.6±3.2cm, weight of 64.8±4.3kg. All subjects participated one exhaustive cycle test and 2 twelve-minute run-walk tests. Blood samples were taken from antecubital vein at the end of each stage, and at 1,2,5,10 and15mins in the post-exercise period.
This study uses the one-factor analysis of variance to analyze the differences between OBLA, IAT, Log-Log and Dmax, uses the linear regression to compare the relationship, between 12-minute run-walk. The results are as follows:
1. The VO2(ml.kg^(-1),min^(-1))of OBLA、IAT、Dmax and Log-Log were 43.63±5.06,36.18±8.34,36.91±3.18 and 27.46±5.12 respectively. Except for Dmax and IAT, significantly different VO2 were found among different lactate threshold(LT)values.
2. The correlation coefficients among different LTs ranged from 0.69 to 0.89 reached P<.05 prominently.
3. The correlation coefficents of the VO2max and 12-minute run-walk are 0.67, and those of the four kinds of lactate threshold and 12-minute run-walk are between 0.67-0.90. Except log-log transformation, the correlation coefficients of the rest three items and 12-minute run-walk are above the VO2max. |
