    題名: 黃色系螢光染料染高彈性尼龍織物染色牢度改善、均染性及色彩性之研究

    摘要: 近期流行夜間運動需設計獨特且特殊的運動衣,為了因應這些特殊的運動衣,更將尼龍布種添加高含量的彈性纖維並使用螢光染料染色,達到衣物所需的緊身度和亮度。當尼龍6.6織物裡含有高含量的彈性纖維時,使用酸性螢光染料染色時,染料易不均染且布面色光不一致,染後水洗堅牢度及布面色光日光牢度不佳等問題,進而影響布的品質。
    本研究乃針對於高彈性纖維含量之尼龍織物染色時,使用螢光黃色系與翠藍色混合之酸性染料染色,並探討不同離子種類的均染劑對布面色光變異的影響,其中均染劑包括兩性離子型、陰離子型、陽離子型均染劑等類型,結果顯示兩性離子類型的均染劑條件染色性為最佳。另外被染物再進行固色劑處理,分別為陰/非離子型、陰離子型、陽離子型固色劑,以探討固色劑的離子性對染後布樣水洗、水牢、耐汗、日光牢度影響,由結果顯示陰離子類型的固色劑對堅牢度有大幅度的提升。
    除此為提升高彈性尼龍織物的螢光染色耐光牢度,本論文也利用紫外光遮蔽劑處裡被染物,隨著遮蔽劑用量之增加確實可有效增進酸性螢光黃染料的耐光染色堅牢度,同時對加工後被染物的色彩值及光退色變化率皆一併深入予以研究,顯然紫外光遮蔽劑有明顯效果可提升酸性螢光黃染料之耐光退色性能。
    The multifunctional sportswear used for nighttime sports was popular and Required product.In order to respond to these special sportswear,the nylon fabrics contained high amounts of elastic fiber and dyed with fluorescent dyes to achieve the tight and bright out outward appearance.When the high elastic nylon fabries were dyed with acid fluorescent dyes,The levelness and colorfassness was difficult to maintain and decrease the quality of product.
    The syudy is aimed at the dyeing of high elastic nylon fabrics.The fluorescent yellow mixed cyan acid dye was used to investigate the effect of leveling and fixing agenta on the dyeing properties. The levelness color strength(k/s),color difference(ΔE) and photofating phenomenon were researched.From results shown the amphoteric leveling agent was between than anionic and cationic agent for leveling appearance of dyed fabrics.In addition to the anionic fixing agent obviously improved wash sweating colorfastness of dyed fabrics.
    In addition to improving the light fastness of fluorescent dyeing of highly elastic nylon fabrics, this paper also uses the ultraviolet light shielding agent to be dyed. As the ultraviolet ray absorbent agent increases, it can effectively improve the light fastness of acid fluorescent yellow dye. This study improved the color value of the dyed material after processing and the rate of change in light fading.The ultraviolet ray absorbent agent increases the light fading resistance of the acid fluorescent yellow dye.
