本研究運用系統思考的方法，於各面向分析實際資料。並以專家訪談驗證分析結果。研究內容以供應鏈協同為主軸，研究個案的對象為一跨國企業。探討合作模式、策略擬定與其重要性。並觀察國際供應鏈之策略合作在共享成本與供需平衡上所表現的優勢及需要改進之處。
經過研究分析後所建構的庫存控制因果環路圖，更能夠深入的了解問題結構。藉由系統概念分析，可以較全面性的觀察出影響庫存波動的變化情形。本研究透過因果環路圖做全面性的診斷工具。從系統的觀點利用相關可靠的數據，剖析過去，模擬未來，進而擬定對策。作為優化策略擬定的工具，其分析結果較為周延並宏觀。
In today’s global market and international business environment, multinational en-terprises are growing and their capability in innovations become one of the critical competitive advantages. Product design and manufacturing companies are not striving for individual capacities but for the effective working with international supply chains. However, in addition to environmental and social objectives, cost and economic feasi-bility has become one of the most critical success factors for improving supply chain management and collaborations.
The target of the research is a multinational enterprise. The research uses System Thinking method to analyze the framework of the real data. The research also uses ex-pert interview to check the analysis results. The main schema of the research is the Col-laborate of Supply Chain. It discusses the co-working model, decisions and strategies making, and importance. To observe the advantages and to-be-improved of the interna-tional collaborate strategies in shared cost and supply/demand balance.
The causal loop diagram of inventory control built by the analysis from the research can make us to understand the issues more deeply. Base on the analysis of system concept, it can observe the change of the factor that impacts inventory more clearly. The research uses the causal loop diagram as the comprehensive diagnostic tool. Using the reliable related data to analyze the past, simulate the future and make the strategies via the system perspective. As a tool to optimize the strategies, its analysis results are more inclusive and can see the big picture.
