    摘要: 在本研究中,我們利用固態反應法來合成W型鋇鐵鐵鐵氧體BaMg2AlxFe16-xO27(其中x = 0、0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8和1.0),研究該陶瓷的燒結溫度和磁性與介電性能的關聯。所有Al摻雜的W型鐵氧體樣品的相為六方相,而其晶格常數a軸、c軸為0.59nm、3.29nm左右。
    W型鐵氧體樣品的OM圖像顯示其晶粒尺寸隨燒結溫度的升高而增加。使用截距法計算了OM圖像的晶粒尺寸,計算結果顯示出晶粒尺寸隨著燒結溫度的增加而增加。
    交流磁化率測量展示出,所有樣品均遵循尼爾磁鬆弛行為。樣品燒結溫度的升高可以提高樣品磁性。
    通過液氮冷卻下在多個溫度測量了樣品之低溫交流磁化率。將數據與Debye弛鬆弛模型擬合來計算共振頻率(f0),然後藉由ln(f0)和倒數溫度圖分析磁各異向能量。實驗結果顯示隨著燒結溫度的升高,樣品BaMg2AlxFe16-xO27在x = 0、0.2和0.4時,磁異向能逐漸增加,但當x = 0.6、0.8和1.0時,磁異向能逐漸降低。
    由介電性能測量結果顯示W型鐵氧體,當鋁的摻雜量增加時,樣品的K值減小,而隨著Al濃度的增加,Qxf值增加。
    In this study, we are synthesized the BaMg2AlxFe16-xO27 W-type (with x=0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, and 1.0) ferrites by the solid state method to study the sintering temperature and magnetic and dielectric properties of this ceramics. The Al-doping W-type ferrites phase of the samples is hexagonal and its lattices constant a-axis and c-axis is around 0.59nm and 3.29nm.
    The OM images in the W-type ferrite samples are shown that the grain size increases with sintering temperature increasing. The grain size of OM images has been counted by the intercept technique, and it is also shown that grain size increases with sintering temperature increasing.
    The AC magnetic susceptibility measurement shows that all samples obey Neel magnetic relaxation behavior. The increasing sintering temperature of samples shows that it can increase the magnetization.
    The low temperature AC magnetic susceptibility has been measured in several temperatures by liquid nitrogen cooling. The data were fitted the Debye relaxations model to calculate the resonance frequency (f0), then the magnetic anisotropy energy can be analyzed by the ln(f0) and reciprocal temperature plot. The magnetic anisotropy energy of the BaMg2AlxFe16-xO27, x=0, 0.2, and 0.4 samples are gradually increasing with sintering temperature increasing, but it of x=0.6, 0.8, and 1.0 samples are gradually decreasing with sintering temperature increasing.
    The dielectric property of Al doping hexagonal ferrites is showed that the K value of samples is decreasing when the aluminum’s doping amount increasing and Qxf values is increasing with Al concentration increasing.
