    摘要: 背景:堪薩斯深蹲測試的目的是用來測驗運動員之下肢無氧動力和爆發耐力。但在雙腳與單腳深蹲的強度和負重轉換仍然是不明確。 目的:本研究旨在探討堪薩斯單邊深蹲測試中的強度與負重。在研究中將會調查在不同強度的堪薩斯單邊深蹲測試(50% & 60% 1RM)和溫蓋特無氧腳踏車測試中,血乳酸值在開始測驗前和結束測驗後五分鐘的變化。在測驗中,功率最高功率、平均功率和疲勞指數均會紀錄並作分析。方法:本研究招募12 名自願參與本研究且健康狀況良好的男性大學專項選手受試對象 (年齡為19.6±0.8歲) ;受試者將會進行四天的測驗,每天之間會有72小時的休息。堪薩斯單邊深蹲測試將會在第二(50% 1RM)和第三(60% 1RM)天執行,而最後一天將會進行溫蓋特無氧腳踏車測試。透過比較不同強度與血乳酸,和不同強度與無氧功率的關係,用以探討堪薩斯單邊深蹲測試中最適合的強度配置;統計方式採混合設計二因子變異數分析。 結果:在不同強度與血乳酸組中的交互作用達到顯著效果,但在不同強度與無氧功率的組別中,只有強度組別達到顯著效果。結論:在測驗後的血乳酸值上,比較其他組別溫蓋特無氧腳踏車測試顯示最高的平均數,而且在最大功率上也得到同樣的結果,但相反在平均功率上則是眾多組別中的最低。在不同強度的堪薩斯單邊深蹲測試比較下,在所有項目的數值上60% 1RM 的組別均顯示比50% 1RM來的高。這說明在堪薩斯單邊深蹲測試中,60% 1RM的強度比50% 1RM更為適合。
    Kansas Squat Test (KST) was a reliable test to evaluate the lower limb anaerobic power and power endurance in trained athletes. However, the intensity conversion between bilateral squat and split squat is still ambiguous in KST. Purpose: This study aimed to figure out the optimal load in Kansas Unilateral Squat Test (KUST). It investigates the difference of blood lactate before (Lac Before) and after (Lac After) the test using different intensities (50% & 60% 1RM) between KUST and Wingate Anaerobic Test (WAnT). During the test, peak power, mean power, and fatigue index were recorded and analyzed for the anaerobic performance. Method: Twelve trained collegiate male volunteers (age: 19.6±0.8) were recruited for this experiment. Subjects were required to visit the laboratory for four times; each visit separated at least 72 hours. KUST was executed on day 2 and 3, and the intensity zone of KUST was set at 50% and 60%. The 30s WAnT would be performed on the last day. Blood lactate collection executed during KUST and WAnT. Mean power, peak power, and fatigue would be recorded and analysis during each repetition in KUST. Two-way ANOVA, mixed design was performed into lactate collection, to examine between the different intensities groups. Moreover, Anaerobic performance would be tested between the different intensities. Results: Interaction of different intensities and lactate was statistically significant, but in the anaerobic performance analysis, different intensities were the only group which reached the statically significant. Conclusion: WAnT presented the highest mean value of Lac After among the different intensities. Also, WAnT had the highest mean value in peak power, in contrast, the mean power was the lowest among the different intensities group. Comparing the results in Lactate and anaerobic performance of both KUST group, which illustrated that 0.6 KUST was more intensive than 0.5 KUST. To select the optimal zone of KUST, 0.6 KUST seems much suitable than 0.5 KUST.
