Title:	運動競賽焦慮研究的新趨勢 Current Trend in Sport Competition Anxiety Research

Abstract:	最近，運動心理學的研究興起以社會認知觀點(Social Cognitive Perspective) 探討影響運動競賽焦慮的因素。這類的研究可分為三個方向： (一 ) 成就目標取向 (achievement goals orientation；(二 ) 自我呈現過程 (self-presentation processes) ；和 (三 ) 完美主義 (perfectionism)。本文介紹這些研究的理論基礎並回顧有關的運動心理學實徵研究。結論並比較我國運動心理學者的研究，並建議未來研究方向。 Recently, the study of sport competition anxiety has evolved a new stage by abopting social cognitive perspective to examine social psychological factors that influence anxiety responses. There lines of research are particularly presented to delineate this trend. They are:(a) achievement goal orientations, (b) selfpresentation processes, and (c) perfectionism. Having reviewed major characteristics of past competition anxiety research, the author introduces the basic tenets of these theories and evidences them with current studies (e.g. Gould, Eklund, Petlichk off, Petersen, & Bump, 1991; Hall & Kerr, 1997; 1998; Martin & Leary, 1992; Martin & Mack, 1996; Swain & Jones, 1992' Vealey & Campbell, 1988; White, 1998; Wilson & Eklund, 1998). Finally, the author compares current status of domestic research and then suggests future directions.
