因應全球化浪潮所誕生的工業4.0,透過自動化、數位化等科技大幅提升生產效能,但在高度的自動化、數位化之餘,人力資源的價值地位逐漸受到影響改變,因此本研究以「核心能力」觀點,分析工業4.0技術應用之下的關鍵人才特性、核心能力,讓相關領域之人才轉型得以順利發展。
研究結果發現在工業4.0的環境下,人才的特性包括適應不同的工作環境、相當程度的科技基礎知識、終身學習、擁有多樣身份或專業、能夠與不同領域的人才合作、重視自主管理。而人才之核心能力可分為個人內部層面、人際網絡層面、以及數位科技層面。
有意投入工業4.0之人力資源或企業,應參考本研究所分析歸納之結果,為自身或員工設定系統性的訓練,以順利在工業4.0的環境中保持卓越表現。
In response to Industry 4.0, which was born of the wave of globalization, the efficiency of production has been dramatically raised through automation and digitization. However, the high degree of automation and digitization has gradually changed the value position of human resources. Therefore, in this study, "core competence From the perspective of analyzing the key talent characteristics and core competencies under the application of Industry 4.0 technology, the transformation of talent in related fields can be smoothly developed.
The findings show that in the context of Industry 4.0, the characteristics of talented people include adapting to different work environments, considerable scientific and technological basic knowledge, lifelong learning, diverse identities or professions, cooperation with talents in different fields, and self-management. The core competence of talent can be divided into individual internal level, social network level, as well as digital technology level.
Human Resources or Businesses intending to invest in Industry 4.0 should make systematic training for themselves or their employees in the light of the results summarized in this study so that they can successfully demonstrate their excellence in the Industry 4.0 environment.
