    Abstract: 3D列印為現今設計者常用的打樣技術,其使用材料與技術廣泛,而FDM(熔融沉積成形)為較常用的技術之一。為減少FDM的線材成本,本實驗希望以噴墨印表機的上色原理應用在3D列印技術上,可以節省廢料產生減少成本。線材經由預上色後,比較預上色後的表面顏色差異;再經3D列印機噴嘴加熱產生熔融混合,實際打印出成品比較各濃度成色差異,選擇可降低成本成色好的最佳濃度。結果顯示濃度2wt%與8wt%實際打印出樣本成色相同,表示可使用較少量濃度已達到節省經濟成本的效果。此方法適用於不同顏色之分散性染料,可同時在經紡嘴前喂入分散性染料製作不同顏色的作品。
    3D is now commonly used to print designers proofing technology, the use of materials and technology widely, and the FDM (FDM) is one of the more commonly used technology. In order to reduce the cost of FDM wire, the application of color inkjet printer to print the principle in 3D technology, can save the waste wire through a precut down the cost. After the color, surface color color after the comparison of pre difference; then 3D printer nozzle is heated by melt mixing, the actual print finished the concentration of fineness difference, can reduce the cost of choosing the best concentration of good color. The results showed that the concentration of 2wt% and 8wt% to print out the actual samples of same fineness, that can be used with a relatively small amount of concentration has been reached save the economic cost. This method is suitable for different colors of disperse dyes, at the same time in the spinning nozzle before feeding of disperse dyes in different colors making works.
