本論文在探討先秦諸子對黃帝傳說的接受與應用,先分析《漢書.藝文志》所定義的道、法、名、雜等子書引述黃帝故事時,或是用以印證自己的學說,或是批判黃帝以抬高自己的地位。由此發現《莊子》的黃帝傾向儒家,而《管子》的黃帝卻偏向法家,而且原本在先秦尚可見到對黃帝的批評,到了漢代的《史記》卻完全看不到了,還把蚩尤的功績都歸給了黃帝。從先秦時期的有褒有貶到了漢代的絕對尊崇,可見黃帝的地位應該經歷了一大轉變,其轉變原因可能與漢初以黃老思想為治國方針有關。
This thesis explores acceptance and application of the legend of the Yellow Emperor in the Pre-Qin philosophers' books. At first, to analysis Taoism, Fa-jia, Ming-jia and Za-jia as defined in Yiwenzhi of Han Shu, it revealed they usaully either used the Yellow Emperor's legend to support their theories or to criticize it to raise their own staus when they quoted the story of the Yellow Emperor. Thereby it's also found that Yellow Emperor in Zhuangzi was tended towards Confucianism but was partial to Fa-jia in Guanzi. Furthermore, it was recorded the criticism of the Yellow Emperor in the Pre-Qin philosophers' book but couldn't find it in Shiji of Han Dynasty. In Shiji, it also recorded Chiyou's historic feats as the Yellow Emperor's. From the Qin Dynasty to the Han Dynasty, the Yellow Emperor's status obviously went through a big change. Therefore, this thesis doubts about the reason of the changing that it could be the government ruled people by Huanglao thought in the Early Han Dynasty.
