人口高齡化已是一個普遍的全球現象,而銀髮族群通常具有較多時間及可支配 金錢來從事旅遊活動,往往被視為是具有強大消費能力的新觀光消費客群。近年來, 亞洲郵輪旅遊市場崛起, 而團體套裝旅遊又一直是亞洲地區銀髮族遊客最主要的旅 遊方式之一, 因此, 台灣與中國大陸兩岸銀髮族郵輪團體套裝旅遊產品, 更是一塊 不容忽視的新市場。過往研究, 並沒有針對銀髮族參加郵輪團體套裝旅遊產品之相 關研究。本研究預計結合質化與量化研究方式, 將兩岸銀髮族遊客選擇郵輪團體套 裝旅遊產品之考量因素萃取出。首先, 透過相關文獻回顧、專家深度訪談、台灣三 場焦點團體及中國大陸三場焦點團體方式, 進行考量因素探索, 並藉由內容分析法 進行分析, 爾後, 再結合成實際問卷內容, 並針對台灣與中國大陸各300 位銀髮族 進行問卷調查, 進一步比較兩岸銀髮族在選擇因素的差異與重要性。本研究結果將 可補強過往關於郵輪團體套裝旅遊銀髮族遊客研究不足之處, 在實務上, 未來旅行 社業者及郵輪業者對於兩岸銀髮族郵輪團體套裝旅遊客群之經營, 更可透過本研究 結果有明確的參考依據與設計方向。
Senior-traveler market, one of the fastest booming market segments in the global tourism industry, has become exceedingly pivotal, in particular, when it comes to many Asian countries and areas such as Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and China, etc., where group package tour (GPT) is regarded one of the main modes of outbound travel. Meanwhile, cruise travel has become more and more popular amid the Asian travelers, including the senior group package tourists. Despite the growing significance of senior group package tourists in cruise travel, obviously, there is a lack of exploring how they react to the selecting factors when choosing a cruise tour. The present research will combine qualitative (literature review, in-depth interviews, and six focus groups between Taiwan and Mainland China) and quantitative (questionnaire) methods to explore the selecting factors of senior tourists. Ultimately, the results generated from this study offer some clear references concerning senior tourists’ selecting factors while recommendations for future research and managerial implication will also be provided.
