摘要: | 本研究目的主要是探討參與規律瑜珈訓練對健康相關生活品質的影響,包括心理範疇、生理範疇、社會關係範疇及環境範疇,藉由規律瑜珈運動讓身心達到最佳狀態,提高生活品質。次要目的在瞭解瑜珈運動參與者個人背景變項、在生活品質之生理範疇、心理範疇、社會關係範疇及環境範疇之現況與相互關係。本研究採取問卷調查法(survey research)。採用「台灣簡明版世界衛生組織生活品質問卷」,共28 題,資料分析方法包括敘述性統計分析、百分比、次數分配、平均數、標準差、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、薛費氏事後比較,研究結果與結論:
一、本研究結果參與瑜珈運動者以女性居多,目前瑜珈屬女性化運動。
二、參與瑜珈運動者之生活品質會因年齡的不同而有所差異。
三、參與瑜珈運動者在心理範疇之生活品質會因教育程度的不同,而受影響。
四、參與瑜珈運動者與生活品質有顯著正相關。參與瑜珈運動愈積極者,生活品質愈高。
參與瑜珈運動,可以提升全民之生活品質,間接可減少社會褔利的負擔,值得推廣。瑜珈是長時間漸進的運動,時間越長,越能深入體認瑜珈運動之益處。
The main purpose of this study is to discuss the effects on health related quality of life by participating regular yoga exercise, which includes mental arena, physical arena, social relation arena and environmental arena, and to discuss how yoga exercise help balance the mind and the body, and elevate quality of life. Secondary purpose is to understand yoga participants’ personal background variables, and their mental arena, physical arena, social relation arena and environmental arena status and their interaction in quality of life. This study is using survey research, adopting “WHOQOL-BREF Taiwan version” with overall 28 questions. Data analyzing methods include narrative statistical analysis, percentage, frequency distribution, means, standard deviation, Independent-Sample T Test, one-way analysis of variance and Scheffe’s method.
Study result and conclusions:
I. The study shows that Yoga Exercise participants are mainly female. Yoga is currently a feminine exercise.
II. Yoga participants’ quality of life varies by participants’ age.
III. Quality of life in psychological arena differs by Yoga participants’ educational level.
IV. Yoga participants’ quality of life and yoga have a positive correlation. The more people participate in Yoga, the higher quality of life they have.
Suggestions:
Promote Yoga Exercise can improve human being’s quality of life, and social welfare burden shall be decreased indirectly, thus worth promoting. Yoga is a long-term progressive exercise. The longer people practice yoga, the deeper they experience the benefit from Yoga Exercise. |
