摘要: | 在整個半導體產業快速增長的時付,台灣於2001年推動兩兆雙新產業,為台灣經濟帶來龐大的貢獻,台灣IC封裝產業至今的表現還是相當不錯的,2009至2011年台灣IC封測產業產值市佔率為全球第一。要維持半導體產業正常運作,經營的策略是重要方向,IC封測產業需要人力與資金投入,其主要花費於採購設備上,依據工研院統計2011年資本支出占銷收額的20%以上,且近年來國際大廠IDM與IC設計業委外檢測需求增加,IC封測業的專業測詴能力必然相對需要進步。 本研究主要回顧半導體產業,並以較為客觀的績效研究方法資料包絡分析法,來探討台灣IC封測產業,如何在全球高度競爭壓力下,除可輔助產業提昇經營績效及規劃產能方向,對於政府推動其他高科技產業,可擬定更完善政策依據。以下提出幾點台灣IC封測產業建議事雋: 一、IC產業上中下游供應鏈的整合性相對性的完整。 二、產能冺用率與人員要能有效性的分配。 三、採購的設備,要符合現今需求,要能有效投入,並能維持3至5年的市場需求。 四、技術投入及創新,雍符合國際大廠IDM認可及信賴。

The integrity of the Upper, Middle and Lower Stream of IC industry supply chain. B. Capacity utilization and personnel must be efficient allocation. C.
