    摘要: 本研究旨在瞭解通滿意度與工作壓力及工作倦怠之關係,並探討工國籍對溝通滿意度與工作倦怠間關係之干擾效果。另加入兩個剛變數(工作滿足、A/B型人格特質)。研究樣本為製造業員工。經過層級複迴歸分析後發現:溝通滿意度對情緒枯竭與犬儒主義等植面賜顯著預測力,兩者間關係為負相關;但溝通滿意度對於專業效能構面則無顯著預測力。此外,員工國籍對溝通滿意度與情枯竭、專業效能的關係不具干擾效果;但員工國籍在員工通滿意度與犬儒主義的關係上則具干擾效果,且菲律賓員工之溝通滿意度與犬儒主義間之負向關係大於泰國員工。根據研究結果,本研究亦對管理實務及後續研究提出建議。
    The purpose of the study is to examine the relationship among communication satisfaction, job stress, and job burnout. We also use the worker’s nationality as a moderator to see whether it would moderate the relationship between employee communication satisfaction and job burnout. In the study, we add in two control variables (job satisfaction、type A/B personality). Also, we use the manufacture industry employee as our sampling subject. After using the hierarchical multiple regression analysis, we found that the communication satisfaction could predict the emotional exhaustion and cynicism, and they have negative relationship. But the communication satisfaction couldn’t predict the professional efficacy. Furthermore, the worker’s nationality does not have moderated effect to communication satisfaction and the emotional exhaustion and the professional efficacy. But the worker’s nationality has moderated effect to the communication satisfaction and they cynicism, and the Philippine worker has the stronger effect than the Thailand worker. Implications for management and recommendations for further research are also discussed.
