    Abstract: 本研究探討激勵制度多樣性與員工認知組織氣候之關係,以公司國籍別為干擾變數,調查對象為壽險業員工,共發出471份問卷,有效回收問卷為345份,以層級迴歸分析驗證研究假設,實證結果得知,激勵制度多樣性與員工認知組織氣候為負向關係,公司國籍別會干擾激勵制度多樣性與員工認知組織氣候之關係,研究結果對管理實務與未來研究提供建議。
    The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between incentive system diversity and employees' perception of organizational climate and the moderating effect of companies' nationality. The sample was made up of 345 full-time employees in insurance industry. Hierarchical regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The result indicated that negative relationship was found between incentive system diversity and employees' perception of organizational climate and that companies' nationality would moderate the relationship. Discussion and suggestions for future research are provided.
