摘要: | 在高等教育的普及下,人人都可以念大學,但其目的不該只是為了文憑,更多的是該讓學生們在就學期間培養足夠的就業能力。本研究期望能了解中國文化大學勞工關係學系學生們在課程中所培養之就業力,以幫助學生們能了解自己在課程結束後具備哪些核心就業力,同時也探討授課老師認為大學必修課程可培養的能力,及系友在就學時認為課程有培養之能力,以下為研究結果之簡述:
1. 在勞資關係理論與實務課程中,學生及系友主要能培養專業知識與技術、團隊合作能力,而依據教師們的期望,較缺乏外語能力、國際觀。
2. 在勞動行政與政策課程中,學生及系友主要能培養專業知識與技術、持續學習能力、團隊合作能力、良好的工作態度,而依據教師們的期望,較缺乏決策能力、表達溝通能力、專業倫理與道德、國際觀。
3. 在研究方法課程中,學生及系友主要能培養規劃組織能力,而依據教師們的期望,較缺乏資訊科技應用能力、外語能力、創新能力。
4. 在勞動市場調查與分析課程中,學生及系友主要能培養專業知識與技術、發掘及解決問題能力、理論應用到實務的能力、國際觀,而依據教師們的期望,較缺乏資訊科技應用能力。
5. 在專題研討課程中,學生及系友主要能培養專業知識與技術、表達溝通能力,而依據教師們的期望,較缺乏獨立工作能力、持續學習能力。
6. 在實務實習課程中,學生及系友主要能培養表達溝通能力、適應能力,而依據教師們的期望,較缺乏抗壓能力。
7. 綜合所有課程可以發現,中國文化大學勞工關係學系教師認為在課程中最能夠培養學生專業知識與技術及理論應用到實務的能力,而對於學生來說,在課程中最能夠培養專業知識與技術,但較缺乏外語能力及資訊科技應用能力。
With the popularization of higher education, everyone can go to university, but the aim not be just for diploma, but also for students to develop enough employability during their schooling. This study is expected to be able to understand the employability of the students in the Department of Labor Relations of the Chinese Culture University, helping students understand their core employability after the end of the curriculum. At the same time, it also explores the ability of the teaching teacher to think that a compulsory curriculum can be developed, and the ability of the students to think that the curriculum has been cultivated, as follows:
1. In the curriculum of theory and practice of industrial relations, students and friends can develop professional knowledge and skills, teamwork ability, and lack of foreign language ability and international view according to teachers ' expectation.
2. In the curriculum of labor administration and policy, students and friends can develop professional knowledge and technology, continuous learning ability, teamwork ability, good working attitude, and lack of decision-making ability, expressing communication ability, professional ethics and morals, and international view according to teachers ' expectation.
3. In the curriculum of the research methodology, students and their friends are primarily able to develop planning organizational capacity and are less able to use it, foreign language and innovation, depending on teachers ' expectations.
4. In the curriculum of labor market research and analysis, students and friends can develop professional knowledge and skills, explore and solve problem ability, apply theory to practical ability, international view, and lack of information technology application ability according to teachers ' expectation.
5. In the curriculum of the symposium, students and friends can develop professional knowledge and skills, express communication skills, and, according to teachers ' expectations, have less ability to work independently and continue to learn.
6. In the curriculum of practical internship, students and friends can develop the ability of expressing communication and adaptability, and are less able to resist pressure according to teachers ' expectation.
7.
