個人通信系統(Personal Communications Systems, PCS)係整合智慧型網路(Intelligent Network, IN)架構以提供呼叫控制至先進式網路服務，本文中將探討全球個人通信(Universal Personal Telecommunications, UPT)與無線智慧型網路(Wireless Intelligent Network, WIN)作為 依據IN概念之行動網路架構。
Personal Communications Systems (PCS) are incorporating Intelligent Network (IN) architecture concepts to facilitate call control and to provide advanced network services. In this paper, we study the Universal Personal Telecommunications (UPT) and Wireless Intelligent Network (WIN) as an architecture for mobile networks based on the IN concepts.
