本研究係以兩種不同細度的廢聚酯纖維(PET)為原料,經開、梳成棉網後,再利用高溫熱定形製成不同密度的人工草坪,探究其各項特性後,進行草種栽培種植實驗,評估纖維粗細、密度的不同對物性與栽種的影響。結果顯示,纖維集合體之密度在0.045~0.06g/cm□時,其液相體積分率、孔隙率及成型性較適用於人工草坪所要求之各項特性。
In this paper, the polyester staple with two finenesses 15D and 1.5D was used. Fiber group was weighted by different density and compressed into a fixed volume by high temperature. Ws discuss the suitability fiber group for. The research showed that when the density of fiber group at 0.045~0.06g/cm□, it was more suitable for manufactured turf-grass. The density of fiber group effects the water phase percentage, pore spaceper cent, and volume reducing percent.
