本研究係以不同溶劑對Nomex纖物進行預處理,再施以導染劑染色,其中主要針對 不同的溶劑預處理和導染劑濃度探討被染物的染著性和物性。由結果顯示;Nomex織物之染 著性會隨著導染劑濃度增加而上升,染著性以鄰苯基苯酚最佳,但其會造成防燃性和耐日光 牢度下降為其缺點;溶劑預處理方面則以DMF預處理後之染著效果最佳,強力損失以溶劑DMSO 最為明顯,經向收縮率亦最大,至於導染劑方面導染劑濃度的增加亦會使強力及織物收縮現 象稍增;另溶劑╱水混合溶液則可明顯改善織物經純溶劑預處理者所造成的物性損失。
In this study, the Nomex fabrics were pretreated with different pure solvents and then dyed with carriers. The effects of types of solvents and carriers and concentrations of carriers on dyeabilities and flame-proof and physical properties had been studied. The Nomex fabrics that pretreated with solvents including DMSO, DMAc, DMF would effectively increase the colourability, above all, DMF appeared significant effect on it. If pretreated with solvents, sequentially dyed with carriers, that would make Nomex fabrics more easy to be cloured, especially, the ophenylphenol as carrier, the colourability of fabrics were largely improved, but the auxiliary could cause flame resistance and colour fastness to light of Nomex fabrics to decrease. In addition, solvent and carrier would influence on breaking strength, shrinkage and softness of fabrics, the DMSO pure solvent was significant decrease in strength, softness and caused fabric large shrinkage, however, the carriers could result in strength and shrinkage of fabric being increased. Others the solvents/water mixing solutions were used to pretreat for Nomex fabric not only enhance the colorability but lightly decreased in physical properties.
