    Abstract: 本文是利用靜電粉體塗裝之技術原理,以靜電放電方式使鐵粉均勻吸附黏著分佈於上過樹脂之不織布上。再測試其均勻性與導電效能之優劣。實驗結果得知,當使用熱風聚丙烯不織布於張力2%、靜電壓10kv之條件下,所製作的導電布具有最佳之導電性能。
    This research use the theory of electron powder to apply to let the iron powder spread on the nonwoven. The result indicates that when the tension of nonwoven at 2%, voltage at 10kv, the nonwoven will have the best properties.
