自動化與合理化是目前各種工業共同努的目標,而工程技術上的穩定性更是推行自動化之基礎。本文就滾筒式網版印花現場操作程序之再現性進行定性分析,亦即以印製漸層總圖、漸層方格圖、漸層90度圖、同心圓圖、線條圖、檢驗圖、花草圖、印底留白等八種圖案之再現性評估現場操作之穩定性。結果顯示在印製效果方面印製敘紋布及針織棉布效果佳,同時以125網目密度網版之印製結果比其他網版有較佳的趨勢,而155網目密度之網版於印製各圖案之再現性比125網目差者乃是塞版現象所致。其次在印製穩定性方面,重複印製的樣本中實際級數差值最大可達3.6,亦即表示現場印製再現性不佳。
Nowadays automation and rationalization have been the common goals of enterprises in most industries. And automation of a specific engineering technology relies largely on its stability. this study evaluates textile printing on-site operation stability with the repeatability resulted from qualitative analysis carried out during the roatary screen printing on-site operating procedure, i.e. with the repeatability obtained by printing eight different patterns including gradation, gradation check, 90 degree-tilted gradation, concentric-circled, striped, check mark, flower-herb and discharged patterns on different fabrics. The results indicate that the printing on both cotton twill and knitted fabrics proves to produce satisfactory printing effect. Besides, a 125 mesh screen is also likely to produce an effect far better than that produced by a screen with other meshes. The repeatability of a 155 mesh screen comparatively lower than that of a 125 mesh screen is resulted from ink blockage in the mesh. Furthermore, an inadequate repeatability is evidenced with a rather large difference, maximum value 3.6, found getween the scale values of the samples printed with the same mesh screen.
