本文係以回收之聚丙烯為原料,伺服馬達及加熱器為實驗器材,利用馬達旋轉所 產生之離心力將熔融聚丙烯甩出成絲。在研究中針對馬達轉速及溫度之改變對抽絲效果來進 行探討,並且採聚酯纖維為強化材,聚丙烯絨維為基材,依強化材和基材之重童百分比60:40 之比例,成形時間4min,成形壓力40kgf/cm�插A成形溫度200℃之條件下製成廢纖板。
We use D.C motor, heater and recovered polypropylene as equipment and material. Silk was formed by fused P. P and forced by the centrifugal of the running motor. In this study, we concerned about the influence on the silk under different motor speed and temperature. Both using polyester fiber and polypropylene fiber as reinforced and matrix material. Then we mixed them into 60:40 according to the weight. Other treating conditions was based on 4 minutes, 40kgf/cm�� and 200℃.
