本研究係以廢棄木屑與熱可塑性聚丙烯廢邊,經攪拌均勻混合後熱壓成粒片板, 藉由不同混合比例、不同的成型溫度及不同的成型時間,來探討其物理性質。由實驗結果得 知,本研究所製造之粒片板在成型溫度180℃,成型時間25min及含木率50%時具有最佳之靜 曲強度。其含水率及吸水厚度膨脹率隨含木率之增加而增加,隨成型溫度之提昇而減少,隨 成型時間增長而增加。
The waste wood is used as the reinforced, and waste polypropylene selvage as the matrix in this study. The particleboards were made by pressing a mixture of waste wood and polypropylene selvage. The mechanical properties are investigated in different mixed ratio and temperature and time. Experimental results indicate that the best MOR under the conditions of forming temperature 180℃ and ratio 50:50.
