本研究以不同比例(4:1)水性PU:鈦酸鋇粉製作高介層對導電布發光亮度與塗佈的影響,利用塗佈刀厚度30mm、40mm、50mm、60mm方式去塗佈並加入輔助鍍錫銅線能使導電布塗佈的均勻度及發光亮度提升,塗佈隔距30mm時具有較高的亮度、亮度均勻性99%、電阻1.82MΩ以及利用實驗B高介電層+螢光層+導電層(PEDOT)塗佈有較好的發光穩定度、發光亮度,最後再進行電致發光導電布的柔軟性及防水性質測試與分析。
In this study, different ratios (4: 1) water-based PU: barium titanate powder produced effects of high dielectric layer of conductive fabric emission brightness and coated by knife coating thickness of 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm way to coated and added auxiliary tinned copper conductive fabric coating enables uniformity and light emission brightness enhancement coating gauge 30mm, has a high brightness, brightness uniformity of 99%, the resistance and the use of experimental B 1.82MΩ high dielectric layer + firefly optical layer + conductive layer (PEDOT) is coated with a good degree of stability light, brightness, and finally carried out the softness and repellent properties of test and analysis of electroluminescent conductive fabric.
