本研究在經濟部能源局節能衫材料技術研發計畫之輔導下,由產(和明紡織股份有限公司)、學(亞東技術學院材料與纖維系)、研(紡織產業綜合研究所)共同研究探討,針對純棉、PET/Cotton、PET/Rayon、PET/Tencel 混紡紗等紡製成強撚雙股紗,探討追撚撚度對於紗種染色性之影響分析,期能了解追撚撚度對染色條件之影響,進而達到製程節能之目標,研究結果顯示,實驗中高支數純棉紗線採用雙股Z 撚追撚(Z+Z→Z),撚度分別為700 1,000 1,300TPM;聚酯異斷面(十字)纖維低毛羽短纖混紡紗線採用單股追撚(Z→Z)撚度分別為400 700 1,000TPM 實驗結果顯示追撚越高,樣布顏色顏色變深,所測亮度L 值減低,b 值增加偏黃,因此使表觀色強度K/S 值增加。
In this study, the dyeing research of twisting effect of pure cotton yarn and irregular cross-section polyester blend yarn on its yarn properties were discussed and analysis. During the twisting process of cotton yarn, the different twisting conditions of two-folds high-count cotton yarn (Ne100/1 and Ne80/1) were set at 700, 1000, 1300TPM (twisting direction Z+Z→Z).
