本研究使用深色加工劑樹脂對聚酯與棉紡織物進行染色與熱轉印的研究,探討深色加工劑、分散性染料對織物的上色率、色牢度的影響,並突破普遍熱轉印所使用之材質。最後得出添加適當的深色劑可加強增色效果,使色彩更鮮明;但在色牢度方面相對下降,可藉由添加適當的架橋劑改善色牢度。
The research uses dark process-agent resin to conduct the dyeing and heat transfer printing by polyester and cotton fabric. The effect of the dark process agents and disperse dyes on the dye taken-up ratio and dyeing fastness of polyester and cotton fabrics was investigated, and to make a breakthrough for the regular material used in heat transfer printing. The polyester fabric colored in dyeing process was pre-treated with dark process-agent resin by screen printing while the polyester and cotton fabrics in heat transfer printing one by padding. The experimental results indicate that the deeper and more colorful appearance of polyester and cotton fabrics can be obtained in dyeing and heat transfer printing processes with adequate amount of dark process-agent resin.
