假經二重織物為類似於經二重織物的一種紡織物,是使用兩種經紗與一種緯紗所織成,不同的是一般的經二重織物有其兩種經紗分別稱為表經與裏經,表經與緯紗交錯形成織物之表面,裏經與緯紗交錯形成織物之反面。而假經二重織物則是具有與經二重類似的外觀與操作方式,其織物正反兩面均有浮出,且經緯紗相互交錯之情形與單層織物完全相同,但不同的是假經二重於正面看得出經紗所織的紗線浮出,與經二重呈現花色的方式不盡相同。假經二重組織所成之織物較單層織物為厚,富有彈性手感柔軟,但因其每根經紗均有浮出織物之表面故不能使用較次之經紗原料,否則會影響織物品質。結果顯示:各樣布之正面呈現所設計之花紋圖而竹炭經紗位於反面,受到良好掩護,不影響樣布正面之花紋外觀,而配置全竹炭裡經紗之樣布較無竹炭經紗之樣布保溫性高出約1~2℃,顯示竹炭紗確實具有較佳之蓄熱保溫效果。
This article designs pseudo-backed warp weave using weave design system by 2/2 twill. Secondly, it arranges the color yarns sequence for warp to form color effect appearance and intersects bamboo charcoal yarns for weft to the heat preservation. The warp is using all ordinary yarn, and the weft is using various ratio of bamboo charcoal yarn and ordinary yarns such as all bamboo charcoal yarn, 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 and all ordinary yarns. The pseudo-backed warp fabric samples are made to test their heat preservation by thermocouple Digital Thermometer. The results show that the fabrics conforming to heat preservation of bamboo charcoal. The fabric made using all bamboo charcoal weft yarn has better heat preservation than that using ordinary yarn: the higher elevation of temperature about 20℃ and accumulation of heat about 1~2℃.
