本研究是以聚酯紗為經緯紗,在梭織物打樣機製備出各種不同密度的聚酯織物,再以熱壓成型使聚酯織物與聚乳酸結合形成複合材料,並且比較各種不同比例補強的複合材料抗拉強度、硬度、衝擊強度、熱變形溫度等物性。經研究結果可知,在機械性質方面,會因為PLA中加入聚酯纖維的比例增加使得抗拉強度和衝擊強度有所增加,而硬度和熱變形溫度沒有明顯的改變。
The high performance fabrics textured by the various ratios of nylon/high strength PE yarn as the weft and the polyester yarn as the warp with sampling weave machine which are investigated. Compared to the characteristics includes softness, tensile strength, shearing strength, abrasion fastness and bursting strength for the high performance fabrics is evaluated. The softness of high performance fabrics tends to decrease with the higher ratio of high strength PE yarn weave with nylon fabrics; however, the tensile strength, shearing strength, abrasion fastness and bursting strength reveals merely increase. Among the mechanical properties, the abrasion fastness is mostly influenced by the amount of high strength PE yarn weaving with nylon fabrics.
