本研究利用去氧核糖核酸(DNA)具有可吸附含苯物質之特殊性質應用於染整廢水的脫色工程中,選用直接性染料、酸性染料、鹽基性染料、反應性染料作為吸附效果測試,但因為去氧核糖核酸具優良之水溶性質且製成薄膜後容易脆裂使其應用範園受到限制,從文獻得知,硝酸銅可以當作DNA 的交聯劑,但硝酸銅本身為重金屬物質,因此本研究嘗試利用無毒且具生物分解性的海藻酸鈉與DNA 進行混合並含浸於不織布,探討改質後DNA 的溶解率,以及對致癌性染料的吸附效果。DNA-Alginate 含浸不織布對各染料進行吸附效果測試後,發現吸附效果會因為不同類型的染料及染料粒子大小而有不同。DNA-Alginate 含浸不織布(D5A3)對各染料的吸附率經過七天後達平衡穩定達85%以上,而C.I. Basic Blue 41 經過四天後達平衡穩定最佳吸附率則達95.16%。

Basic Blue 41 have the best absorption rate reached 95.16% and remain stable after four days.
