    摘要: 高分子PTC 材料電阻會隨溫度上升而上升,到了特徵轉變溫度(Tc)電阻值會迅速上升。本研究使用乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)為基材,添加竹碳、碳黑粒子及石墨烯為導電填料,製作電阻隨溫度變化材料,探討導電粒子型態對PTC 現象與NTC 現象產生之因素、基材軟硬及粒子型態對電阻-溫度曲線的影響及SEM觀察比較不同碳材料在EVA 樹脂斷面中之外觀、型態差異,最後使用DSC示差掃描量熱儀分析碳材料含量對樹脂熔點之改變,判斷材料熔點與電阻-溫度曲線變化之關係,發現竹碳與碳黑容易形成PTC 現象,石墨烯則易形成NTC 現象。材料之熔點不隨碳材種類及添加量改變成趨勢性,但會隨VA 含量的增加而降低。
    Polymer PTC material resistance increases with the temperature. When the temperature rise to characteristic transition temperature (Tc), the resistance value will rise quickly. In this study used an Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) as a base material, adding bamboo carbon, carbon black particles and the graphene as conductive filler. We want to make a resistance - temperature change materials. To explore the conductive, articles style in PTC and NTC phenomenon, Substrate hardness and particle type of resistance - temperature curve and SEM observation compare different carbon materials dispersed in the EVA cross-section appearance, and finally analysis the carbon material content of the material value with the exothermic with DSC. To determine the influence of carbon content and melting point. We found that bamboo carbon and carbon black is easy to form the PTC phenomenon, and graphene is easy to form the NTC phenomenon, the melting point of the material does not vary with the type and added amount of the carbon, but will decrease with increasing VA content.
