摘要: | 近年來拜自動型電子感測科技的發展,駕駛訓練方式從以往一對一的教練模式,逐漸導入道路模擬的自動型駕訓設備。駕駛訓練的技能影響駕駛人員上路後的交通安全。以往傳統依靠教練人員的授課模式,本研究希望能從駕訓模式的探討,了解駕訓受訪者的學習需求以及駕訓班的經營策略,檢討目前之駕駛訓練方式,建構一個創新且符合時代需求的駕駛訓練方式。
本研究以需求層次理論作為理論基礎,以新北市輔大駕訓班學員為受訪者實例出發探討駕訓班受訪者在課程熟悉度及常見錯誤,對汽車駕訓場智慧型駕駛執照訓練方式滿意度及相關訓練內容偏好種類進行問卷調查,問卷設計乃針對駕訓班場地受訪者進行,針對一、基本資料,二、駕駛訓練場地各課目難易程度之調查,及三、駕駛訓練場導入智慧型駕訓模式之需求調查。並以交叉分析方法討論受訪者在年齡、課程熟悉度及課程規範與設備需求之比較差異。
問卷調查分析結果顯示,受訪者族群對課程操作困難類型分為一、視覺忽略,二、技術失誤及三、反應判斷時間不足三種特徵。在課程規範提醒以較不熟悉之平行路邊停車、倒車入庫、曲線進退、換檔穩定及上下坡道之課程規範動作提醒智慧化有認同,且不在論年齡層與在課程熟悉度方面皆對「是否拒絕顯示」設備類型之智慧化導入皆呈現需求。
據此結果,本研究對「是否拒絕顯示」設備類型備類型功能定義檢討,試將與年齡層與課程特徵問題相互比較討論,推論出該項目為一個整合系統之設備功能,受訪者在年齡層面以學習行車駕駛狀態下對於環境資訊提供參考輔助有著重視;在課程特徵問題檢討方面,從視覺面論述智慧化設備應導入應具有距離測量之感應器或對應標誌或前後方物件距離訊息功能,技術面應具有對行車狀態資訊蒐集並回饋設施場所訊息之功能,時間判斷需要類似可感測特定設備位置感應裝置做為嚮導功用。簡言之,綜合受訪者在年齡及課程上對「是否拒絕顯示」之看法,本研究認為駕訓班場地導入智慧化可從系統整合功能發展導入檢討精進。
