摘要:	在面對經濟全球化的浪潮下與區域整合範圍的擴大，台灣現階段已經朝向國際化、自由化的方向大幅的邁進，尤其在我國加入WTO後，行政院金融監督管理委員會已逐步開放外國證券公司進入國內市場，使得我國證券業面臨愈來愈激烈的競爭。再加上國內開徵證券交易所得稅的衝擊，造成股票市場成交量大幅度的萎縮，以致國內證券業在經營上愈來愈艱困。由於台灣證券市場在自身規模有限及市場胃納量不大之情況下，台灣必須更廣泛地運用全球資源，以提升競爭力，並進行全球化佈局，因此台灣證券業唯有走出去才能發展，擴大經營版圖，這是台灣證券業者未來應該發展的途徑。　　企業組織在日常營運中，需運用既有知識，亦不斷創造出新知識，知識的品質決定企業的競爭力。知識地圖是企業競爭力的重要核心資產，能夠對知識作良善的管理，勢必先要對企業的知識分布與強弱能進行評估與分析。企業知識在經過分類並評估其強度後，可以建立知識地圖並作為知識管理的基礎。因此本研究的目的分為以下三項：一、探討證券業營業員之職能及其應用於知識地圖之內涵二、建構證券營業員知識地圖之層級架構與內涵三、分析證券營業員知識地圖之構面與權重本研究採用文獻探討法、專家訪談法擬出問卷初稿及修正定稿，而後採用層級程序分析法進行專家意見蒐集及資料統計與分析。實證結果顯示，證券營業員知識地圖指標的整層級權重比中，最重要為「了解總體經濟環境與財經指標」，其次為「清楚金融業法令規範」，第三為「清楚公司內部制度」，而「具備專業簡報技巧的能力」則位居最末。獲致建議供後續研究者參考。 In the face of the tide of economic globalization and the expansion of the scope of regional integration, Taiwan has been moving towards internationalization and liberalization at this stage. Especially after the accession to the WTO, the Financial Supervisory Commission of the Executive Yuan of Taiwan has gradually opened up foreign securities company to enter the domestic market, making our securities industry face more and more intense competition. Coupled with the impact of the collection of stock income tax, the trading volume substantially shrinks, and the domestic securities cooperates are more difficult to operate. Since Taiwan's stock market is limited in its own scale and the Market Size is not large, Taiwan must use global resources extensively to enhance its competitiveness and global distribution. Therefore, the possible way to develop for Taiwan's securities industry is to go out. Expanding the business territory is the path Taiwan's securities industry should develop in future. 　　Organizations need to use inherent knowledge and continue to create new knowledge in the daily operation and for strategic planning. The quality of knowledge determines the competitiveness of enterprises. Knowledge map is an important core asset of firm competitiveness. To be able to manage knowledge well, it is bound to evaluate and analyze the enterprise's knowledge distribution and strengths and weaknesses. After classifying and evaluating the strength of the enterprise knowledge, a knowledge map can be established and used as the basis for Knowledge Management. Therefore, the purpose of this study is divided into the following three: (1) Discussing the functions of securities salespersons and the connotation they applied in knowledge map (2) Constructing the hierarchy structure and connotation of knowledge map of securities salesperson (3) Analyzing the facets and weights of knowledge map of the securities salesperson 　　In this study, the first draft and the finalized version of the questionnaire is formulated by documentation analysis and in-depth interview, and then the collection of expert opinion and data statistical analysis were conducted by the analytic hierarchy process. The empirical results show that, in the overall hierarchy and weight of knowledge indicators of the securities salesperson, the most important is the "understanding of the overall economic environment and financial indicators", followed by the "comprehending the norms of financial industry", the third is the "comprehending the internal system", and the "possessing the ability of professional presentation skills" is at the bottom. Attainable recommendations are made for subsequent researchers’ reference.
