    題名: 實習遊戲療師協助兒童轉換治療師之過程與對兒童影響之研究

    摘要: 本研究主要在探討探討實習遊戲治療師協助兒童在轉換治療師過程之內涵及對兒童之影響。本研究採質性研究半結構訪談方式,共訪談三位實習遊戲治療師、二位接受轉介之新治療師及七位轉介個案之導師。研究結果可知,在轉換的內涵中,實習遊戲治療師皆先進行專業之心理評估,確認轉介之需要。實習機構督導在後期派案過程中扮演重要決策之角色,對於轉換的過程,實習遊戲治療師主要是參與專業的評估及建議轉介,較無法參與派案及後續轉銜的過程。另外,在個案轉換治療師的過程中,發現實習遊戲治療師之實習單位個管員及個案學校之個管員也可能為影響轉介過程中之重要角色。
    在對個案的影響方面,研究結果顯示出實習遊戲治療師認為新治療的開始會使得兒童需面臨信任感及安全感的挑戰,且對兒童的情緒有直接的影響性,且負面的情緒大於正面。在處理轉介的過程中,兒童在與治療師的關係互動及遊戲主題上亦會造成改變。實習遊戲治療師認為雖然轉換治療師可能帶給兒童個案負面之影響,但其正面的影響為轉換治療師的過程中,提供兒童學習與他人建立新關係之經驗。接受轉介之新治療師認為交接時能提供先前治療關係進展,可能會對個案後續長期治療的效能產生正面影響,且能使新治療師有效的協助個案。另外,針對轉換治療師對兒童是否需要重新適應新治療部分,實習遊戲治療師及新治療師持不同意見,因此未有明確的定論。研究者針對上述研究結果進行討論,並對未來研究提出建議。
    The main purpose of this study is to explore the process of transferring in play therapy assisted by play therapy interns and its effects on children. Content analysis was conducted for analyzing the data and semi-structural interviews were used for collecting the data. The paricipants of this study included three play therapy interns, two new therapists who accept the transferring and seven client’s teachers.
    The rusults showed that in transfer process, the interns assessed the needs of clients for transferring in the beginning. The supervisor played an important role in decision on the process of transfer and play therapy interns were less involved in the later part of the process. In addition, during the pocess of transferring, it was found that the supervisor and client’s case managers also have an impact on the pocess. From the perspective of the play therpist interns, they believed that there was a negative impact on childen, but also provided children with the experience of learning how to establish new relationships with others.
    The pocess of transfrerring effects on childen, the results show that children may need to face a challenges on sense of tust and security and direct impact theirs emotions which negative emotions more than positive. The way how children interacteds with the therapist and play theme also changed in the process of transferring. New therapists who accepts the transfer thought that provided previous treatment-related relationships can influence the long-term effects of treatment and its effectiveness. The play therapy interns and new therapist drew different conclusion on that children’s need to re-adapt the new treatment. Discussion and suggestions based on the research results are included.
