    Abstract: 財富管理在全球早已是各家銀行所提供的主要服務之一。財富管理業務是指金融機構(包括銀行、證券商或是保險公司)針對高淨值客戶,透過理財顧問依據客戶需求作財務規劃或資產配置
    ,以提供銀行合法經營的各種金融商品及服務。高資產客戶尋求財富管理或資產規劃的目的,主要在於累積資產及分配財富保障及財富移轉規劃。因此,金融機構提供財富管理之服務範圍,可包括財富累積、財富保障及財富移轉規劃。本研究認為要深入瞭解高資產客戶對理財顧問績效評量之關鍵因素,才能有效的針對客戶喜好與需求來提供投其所好的服務,同時,也能讓金融業在對理財務顧問進行教育訓練時,提供更確切的訓練。相信本研究之研究結果,將能成為金融業實務上應用的重要參考依據。
    Wealth Management in the world has long been one of the main services offered by banks. Wealth management business refers to the financial institutions (including banks, securities firms or insurance companies) for high asset customers through financial advisors for financial planning or asset allocation based on customer demand, a variety of financial products and services to provide banking legitimate business. High asset customers are seeking purposes wealth management or asset planning, mainly in the distribution of wealth accumulation and asset protection and wealth transfer planning. Therefore, the financial institutions to provide services of wealth management, which may include wealth accumulation, wealth protection and wealth transfer planning. This study suggests that high asset customers to understand the key factors of performance assessment of financial advisors in order to effectively for customer preferences and needs match up to provide services, while also allowing the financial sector in the management of financial advisors to educate training, providing more precise training. We believe the results of this study will be an important reference for the application of the financial industry practices.
