本研究以供應鏈作業參考模式為基礎，更詳細地界定其中各項作業，與界定各項作業間之輸入與輸出資訊，將供應鏈系統分為五個核心管理流程：規劃、採購、生產、配銷和退貨，本研究亦釐清此五個核心管理流程間之資訊關聯。運用IDEF0功能模式建構供應鏈系統，並且描述其功能架構。利用IDEF0結構化與階層化的設計特性，詳細地展現供應鏈系統，並整合其中各項管理流程，藉由IDEF0模式的展現，使讀者能對供應鏈流程的規劃與設計有所助益，及供應鏈中各項流程間關係的描述，亦可提供與加強讀者對建立整合型供應鏈系統的特性瞭解。
This research provided the functional model that is based on Supply Chain Operational Reference Model (SCOR Model) and defined the detail operation activities. We classify the supply chain system to five management core process: Plan、source、make、deliver and return, and analyze the information relations using IDEF0 functional model and describe the function structure for supply chain system. Using the design character with the structure and hierarchy, IDEF0 can explore the supply chain system and integrate the five management core process. The IDEF0 model can provide reader to understand the integrated supply chain system.
