    摘要: 當前全球氣候變遷日益加劇,對生態或人類生活造成不可避免的衝擊與影響。然而,氣候變遷所造成的議題甚廣,諸如二氧化碳、溫室效應、熱島效應、海平面上升等,皆是氣候變遷下所產生的問題。本研究主要以氣候變遷下二氧化碳造成的議題,以非都市用地為全文主軸,選定為非都市用地的森林地為研究議題。研究顯示,森林的碳吸存量,可大幅降低溫室效應的影響,以制定排碳量的制定標準;除此之外,森林亦能夠產生綠化環境、維持生態功能的效果。選定的方法為假設檢定與迴歸分析,利用先以調查可行性的數據所產生的正負面效應,再以SPSS 統計分析軟體進行演算。非都市森林地的清潔發展機制,不但可於廢耕地或草地等不可進行使用的非都市土地上進行造林的動作,亦能夠產生綠化、維持生態環境的功能,正是本研究的方向所在。
    The current global climate change is increasing which has caused inevitable impact and influence on the ecological or human life. However, the wide range of issues caused by climate change, such as carbon dioxide, the greenhouse effect, heat island effect, sea level rise, etc al. are the problems arising under climate change. In this study, mainly of carbon dioxide caused by climate change issue to non-urban land as the full text of the spindle, and also selected forest land for non-urban land issues. This study has shown that forest carbon sequestration can significantly reduce the impact of greenhouse effect in order to develop the standard-setting carbon emissions. The forest, in addition, is also able to create a green environment and maintain the effect of ecological function. The selected methods are hypothesis testing and regression analysis. To utilize positive and negative effects of the first survey with feasible data that is generated by using SPSS statistical analysis software calculations. The clean development mechanism of non-urban land is not only used in the forestation action of waste arable land or grassland etc al. where cannot be used on non-urban land, but also be able to produce green and maintain the function of ecological environment, where is the direction of this study.
